Fr. John continues this special series reflecting on the GIFT OF PEACE that we receive in Advent. There is a sense of internal and external peace that requires hard work, faith and constant attention. Peace is not a passive reality. We are all called to be peace builders.

It is the end of the year---and we celebrate CHRIST THE KING!!  The gospel shows us a very different style of a triumphant king--one who is humble, broken and condemned to die like a criminal.  Christ offers himself out of pure love to give us eternal life!!  What can this mean for us?

We are getting closer and closer to the end of the Church's liturgical year.  The readings continue to offer us pause to think and pray about heaven.  In the gospel for this weekend we are called by Christ to endure and persevere when everything seems to be falling apart around us.  Will we be faithful and ready?  Listen to find out more!!
